Social Impact Assessment
EHS Consultants Pvt Ltd is having highly diversified and technically sound Social Scientists to conduct SIA Studies as per Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. The organisation is approved by Revenue Department, Government of Karnataka to carry out the SIA studies.
CRZ Clearance
EHS Consultants Private Limited is involved in assisting organizations in preparing reports as per the CRZ regulations as well as obtaining CRZ clearances for projects from State Coastal Zone Management Authority (SCZMA) and further from the Expert Appraisal Committee of the Ministry of Environment and Forests, New Delhi.
Forest and Wildlife Clearances
The company is helping clients for obtaining Forest Clearances for developmental projects requiring forest land for non-forestry activities under Forests (Conservation) Act-1980 and Wildlife Clearances from the State Board for Wildlife (SBWL) and National Board for Wildlife (NBWL) through MoEF&CC under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972.

Under the provision of the Factories Act, 1948 every occupier shall obtain approval from Department of Factories and Boilers. EHS Consultants Pvt. Ltd has professionals well versed and trained in Environment, Health and Safety Audits. We have successfully prepared and have obtained approvals from Department of Factories and Boilers for numerous On-site Emergency Plans for industries cutting across various sectors in accordance with the law.
State Pollution Control Board Approvals
Industries/Establishments in a state are by law required to take various consents during both the initiation as well as during the operation phases.We assist organizations in obtaining/ renewing Consent for Establishments Consent for Operation and other approvals as well as preparing compliances for submission to the State Pollution Control Board.
